Born in Torino, 40 years old. Since 1994 active in the digital media space. Founder of dpixel and Vitaminic SpA, Gianluca started his career in Italia Online and later as managing director of Lycos Bertelsmann in Italy. From 1999 to 2004 as CEO of Vitaminic and later executive director in Buongiorno Vitaminic in charge of mergers & acquisitions. Gianluca graduated in economics at the University of Torino, has founded and has been the first President of IAB (Internet Advertising Bureau) in Italy.

Born in Asti, 44 years old. After graduation in economics at the University of Torino, he began his career in communication and marketing at DMB&B and later in Istud and Mastra as consultant. In 1999 he founded Vitaminic. Franco has been a strategic and marketing consultant to leading brands, media companies and banks. He currently teaches marketing at the Statale University in Milano. He is co-author of two business publications.

Born in Catanzaro, 38 year old. Graduated in Business Engineering at the university of Calabria, he started his career in Andersen Consulting in the “government” practice. In 1999 participated to Lombardia.com start-up as head of information systems and controllership. In 2002 he is financial controller of Elitel where he becomes Head of Finance, Controllership and Internal Audit from 2006 to 2007 managing also M&A acitivities and the IPO of the holding company on the London AIM.
